The Distinct Difference

At DOL, we take a hands-on approach for every project that we complete. Our owner plays an active role in every step of the process from the initial consultation to the final installation.

Our Process:

  1.  Initial Contact: To initiate the consultation process, simply reach out to us and one of our  team members will respond promptly and gather some basic information and get the general scope of your project. From here, we will determine if the project is a good fit for both of us. 

  2.  On-Site Assessment: If we determine that our visions are a good fit for one another, one of our experienced landscapers will visit your property to conduct a free, comprehensive on-site assessment, carefully analyzing your specific needs and challenges. From here, we will proceed with an estimate or move into the design phase depending on the scope and size of your project. 

  3. Design Consultation: One of our experienced designers will work with you  to get a sense for your vision, preferences, and goals for your outdoor space. This is also an opportunity for us to provide expert advice, suggest design concepts, and discuss potential solutions tailored to your budget and lifestyle.

  4. Revision: After your design is complete, we will meet with you in-person to present our initial draft of the design. This meeting will give us the chance to incorporate any suggestions or feedback  that you may have prior to beginning work on the project. 

  5. Project Execution and Follow-Up: Once our plans are finalized and you are satisfied, our team will schedule a timeframe to complete your project.We will provide updates  throughout the process so that you remain in the loop at every step along the way. After the installation, we will follow-up to ensure that you are satisfied with the project and devise a custom maintenance plan to ensure your project continues to look as good as the day it was installed.
